Welcome to 2024 —a new year and a wonderful opportunity to get inspired about you!

It’s always exciting to reconnect with yourself and reestablish a direction. As we age, our physical needs change and it is important to recognize from year to year that we may need to adjust pace, activity and intensity. No need to beat yourself up about it, it’s normal and a necessary tool to keep you moving. Every day is a blessing and when you don’t use it, you lose it. Celebrate those accomplishments no matter how small you may think they are. Give yourself a fresh start.

We are each on our own journey. Bodies shift and change, we battle injuries and endure hormonal challenges. What might be working for your friend may not be working for you. Every body is different and we all have different issues.The most important thing is to establish a rhythm to your workouts that feels natural and doable. Here's a little tip, instead of an hour twice a week, try 20 minutes a day.

The key to success is routine not a resolution.
