Falling into something good!

We often hear the expression 'fall back into routine'. I’m guilty. I have used it quite often myself. Now it feels so dull and unflattering. What I love about the fall is that there are so many wonderful images of letting go. The falling leaves, the beautiful transition from green to a rainbow of colour, and the return to something familiar but different. Fall symbolizes moving forward and there is nothing dull or routine about that. It’s actually a pick-me-up! It’s an opportunity to spark something new.

There is no time like the present to start or continue your wellness regime. Fall is a reminder to reset the goals and plans you have for the remainder of the year! There is still time to get started, keep going, tweak and reinvent how you care for yourself.

Tuesdays: We work those 'beauty muscles'.
Wednesdays: We focus on your core and maintaining balance within the body.
