So now that we broke the news last month that we are going totally virtual now, we owe you some tips on how to make the most of your online TAB experience. Some of these are simple hacks you can do in an instant, others are suggestions for tech upgrades. So here goes, in no particular order:

1. Invest in a pair of wireless earbuds.
When you don't have an ideal speaker situation, a cheap pair of earbuds can make this problem disappear.

2. Patch into a larger screen.
Here's what we did recently: we bought a cheap TV and connected it to the computer with an HDMI cable. Now you're all 3 times as big!*

* We don't recommend connecting to your TV via any wireless means. This can give you a noticeable network delay and mess up your experience.

3. Tape some mats together.
Working out on a hardwood floor sucks. Put a couple of mats next to each other and break out the handyman's secret weapon.

4. Open Zoom before joining your class.
This way you get to situate yourself full-screen on camera and you'll know if Rhonda can see you well before logging in.

5. Close your blinds.
If you're working out in front of the window you could be backlighting yourself which can make it difficult for Rhonda to see you and give you good feedback.

6. Mute yourself.
Hey, is that your husband loading the dishwasher off-camera?

7. Keep the cuties in the background.
We love that you're working out with your kids, but make sure Rhonda can still see you.

8. Come prepared.
Make sure you have what you need for class before loggin on.
