When falling back into a regular fitness routine there's sometimes a feeling that you need to dedicate a couple of hours to finish the task. Truthfully, you just need a moment. If you are consistently active throughout your day, you are far better off than if you're doing an intense workout once a week. Establishing a habit keeps you on track and changes how you view the idea of fitness in your life. Instead of the idea of fitness as something you can do to 'look' a certain way, you begin to see it as something to help you 'feel' a certain way. And that’s Amazing!

If you're on a regular routine that includes a healthy relationship with food and a more active lifestyle, the matter of enjoying the meal this holiday season won't be a stressful issue. So building healthy lifestyle changes should not only focus on what is good to fuel and empower your body, it should also include a spiritual balance that helps to reduce the stresses of daily life.

During this Thanksgiving season take time to reflect on all of the things that are good and meaningful in your life. Appreciate valuable lessons and see wonderful opportunities that can help to make your life more fulfilling. During this beautiful fall season enjoy family and friends and if you receive a blessing this month, pay it forward. It feels amazing!
