It's cold, we’re missing that Vitamin D and winter has begun to
drive us a bit nutty. By this month, many of us have lost the
verve we had at the beginning of January. The fitness goals we
set softened and the good intentions we had shifted. So

possible winter getaway. Ask yourself, do I feel better because I
