  It’s 2017. A brand new year and a time to set brand new goals. As you consider your health and where you feel you need to be, just remember that a 'fit' and healthy person can be any size shape or age. Start using your clothing as an indicator of inches lost or gained instead of the scale. And change your personal perspective of what you believe is a healthy looking body.

The beauty of being human is that we aren't carbon copies of one another. The differences are what truly make each body beautiful.

Try to eat less sugar, get good sleep, reduce your stress levels and move your body every day this year. You’ll be happy you did.

Cindy has had an exceptionally impressive career as a Pilates teacher, professional dancer and choreographer, working at the prestigious Stratford Festival and several other theatres across Canada and the U.S..

She has over 25 years of experience teaching dance and Pilates to professional dancers, NHL players, children and active grandparents. She has been influenced and shaped by master teachers including Dianne Miller, Irene Dowd and Eileen Birks. Cindy is not only a certified Pilates Instructor, she is also a registered holistic nutritionist and a licensed acupuncturist.

Come on Mondays at 6:45 pm to help you feel strong and alive during your pregnancy. This gentle conditioning class is a great way to work on postural alignment and give you an opportunity to connect with other pregnant mamas.

If your man is slouching over his desk, complaining about back pain or just needs to get moving, tell him about B*A*D! This class focuses less on the beauty muscles and more on postural alignment, muscular endurance and core strengthening.

This class will only take place with enough participants.
