This time of year often involves holiday cheer, crazy schedules, concerts, stress, over-eating, lack of sleep, and things that lie outside of our control.

One of the best ways to manage everything that the holidays throw at you is exercise—it's the world's best release outlet/calorie-burner/sleep-inducer and crazy schedule fighter!

During the holiday season we ask that you take time to take care of yourself, but also invest some time in taking care of those who may not be as fortunate. Our contributions to their lives may very well put our own in perspective.

This year TAB will be asking for donations of food for the Ernestine’s Women’s Shelter. We would appreciate your gifts between now and the week of December 5th.

The challenge will take place from Nov 1–Dec 3rd. Only one will take home the title.
The prize will be awarded at the TAB holiday party! Sign up for the challenge and remember, it's up to you to put up your own stickers
. Let's get it done!

Ab Rehab Mommy
Starting Nov 2
10:30am • 5 sessions

We are running this 1/2 hr ab class for five weeks before Christmas and hopefully over the winter months.

If you know other mommies who are interested in working and need to bring baby, this is the class.

Bring: a carrier, your own mat, a mat for baby. Water, treats or toys for baby are also a good idea.

Don't have a little one to bring? That's okay. This ab class is for you as well. If it's been a while since you touched base with your core, come on out and give it a try!

*This class is recommended for babes who are not cruising. If they are it is up to mama to make sure they are responsible for the well being of their child.
