We are running this 1/2 hr ab class for five weeks before Christmas and hopefully over the winter months.
If you know other mommies who are interested in working and need to bring baby, this is the class.
Bring: a carrier, your own mat, a mat for baby. Water, treats or toys for baby are also a good idea.
Don't have a little one to bring? That's okay. This ab class is for you as well. If it's been a while since you touched base with your core, come on out and give it a try!
*This class is recommended for babes who are not cruising. If they are it is up to mama to make sure they are responsible for the well being of their child. |
