Things can only get brighter as we move into spring. As the March Break approaches, and days begin to lengthen, we come out of hibernation and think more about getting ready to move!

March break was designed to remind us of the importance of resting and recovering.

Rest can be active (stretching
,strengthening) or passive (reducing physical stresses). Try a Body Balance, Ab Rehab, or Pilates to help restore the homeostasis in your body. Give yourself an opportunity to form new opinions about the strength, flexibility and balance in your own body so it can realign and serve you better.



Mind is willing but the body is nervous? Want to come to class but feel a little nervous about your body's capabilities. Then TAB MOJO is for you! This class is a gentle mix of muscular conditioning and stretch. Using stability balls, weights and even trampoline we get your body to feel alive.

The whole purpo
se of TAB MOJO is to allow yourself an opportunity to work at a moderate pace so as to give your body a chance to match your will. Anyone can do this class. Post-natal women, mature clientele and especially those who have never done muscular conditioning before. TAB MOJO is a great morning activity: Mondays at 9:15 am and Fridays at 9:30am for 45 mins.

March Break- The class schedule during the break will still provide an opportunity for family time. Check the schedule and see what is happening this week.

BAD Continues Sundays

If your man is slouching over his desk, complaining about back pain or just needs to get moving, tell him about B*A*D! This class focuses less on the beauty muscles and more on postural alignment, muscular endurance and core strengthening.

Come on Mondays at 6:45 pm if you are expecting and would like to do muscular conditioning safely during your pregnancy, this class is for you!

This class will focus on core strengthening as well as quick touch ups to those extremities. If you feel you have no time to fit it in and you are usually up reading the paper, having a coffee, or watching the news, come join us in-studio on TUESDAY mornings!

A half-hour wake up may be what you need to start your day off right!
