  We celebrate this sunny month by having more half hour classes! In this month of crazy end-of-school-year activities you can still find a way to get your fitness in!

National Health & Fitness Day
3pm • Sat. June 4th

To show our support for National Health & Fitness
Day (June 4) TAB's havin' a fitness flash mob! And in the spirit of flash mobs, we can't tell you where (Lessard Park) or when (3pm) it is! Come with your husbands, wives, partners, children and yoga mats and enjoy a FREE class outside! Wear your Tabbie-T or Tank and show your studio spirit. We get things started at 3pm sharp.

Classes are also
FREE Saturday Morning—bring a friend and enjoy a class on us. Leading a life that includes fitness is a great message to share with others in the community. It's infectious so let everyone know it!

After having a baby you can feel pretty shut in and overwhelmed by all your new responsibilities. How can you keep being an awesome mom but get yourself back into the real world?

Pramtastic is a great opportunity for you to workout with the baby and other new moms in the neighbourhood. Participants take advantage of the outdoors and watch their babies nap in their strollers while they work on feeling stronger.
  Feel reenergized by a workout along the Humber River!

The Pramtastic workout includes cardio, muscle conditioning, core strengthening and stretching. If you're looking for an opportunity to workout with other new moms, this is for you!

Bring a mat, running shoes, something for baby to play with (just in case). A carrier is also advisable.

Classes start June 8 @ 10:30am. Please RSVP asap.


Updated pricing is now in effect. Existing pass holders have until June 30th to complete their passes or receive a credit for unused classes (credits will be issued in-studio).

The pre-registered class this month is PramTastic. All other classes will be drop-in. Please check the schedule as classes will sometimes shift. And remember to RSVP. Enjoy!

Mango strawberry coconut sorbet
A recipe chosen by Judith Kaufman

1 cup light coconut milk (chilled in fridge)
1.5 cups frozen strawberries (or mixed berries)
1.5 cups frozen mango
Blend on high, and use the tamper to push down the corners. Stop blending a few seconds after it starts circulating; it’ll take about 30 seconds. Vitamix likes to refer to the 4 “mounds” that will appear on the top surface, which show that your mixture has sufficiently circulated. Make sure you don’t over-blend, because it will melt.

If your mixture is too liquidy, you can firm it up by adding some more frozen ingredients. If your mixture is too frozen, just keep blending a little longer and it will melt.

The consistency is similar to soft-serve ice cream. If you want it to be more firm you can put it in the freezer for 30-60 minutes.
